From beginning to finish, an outstanding service! We took their transfer to do Salvador - Itacaré - Salvador. The communication via WhatsApp and email was incredible; keeping us posted in advance. Where they truly stranded out was when we had some delays and couldn’t get on time for our taxi and they have rearranged a new pick up for us very smoothly. Would highly recommend using their service for a peaceful experience!

We used Bahia Transfer to organize our entire journey from the airport, including taxi transfers, the ferry crossing, and the bus transfer from Bom Despacho to Itacaré – and everything worked perfectly, both on the way there and on the way back. Communication was always fast and reliable via WhatsApp, which made the whole process very easy and reassuring. All transfers were punctual, well coordinated, and comfortable, even though the route involved several different modes of transport. You could really tell that the team knows the region well and takes care of every detail. We never had to worry about connections or timing. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in Bahia who wants a smooth, professional, and well-organized transfer experience. We would definitely book again!
